The 10-point weekly checklist
1. Skim the surface. 2. Brush walls and steps. 3. Vacuum the floor. 4. Test water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, stabilizer, calcium). 5. Dose chemicals as needed. 6. Empty skimmer + pump baskets. 7. Check filter pressure. 8. Inspect pump, heater, and salt cell. 9. Confirm salt level (if salt pool). 10. Send a photo report to the homeowner.
Most weekly visits take 45–90 minutes depending on pool size and condition.
What to look out for between visits
Water level below skimmer. Cloudy or greenish tint. Pump running loud or short-cycling. Any smell of chlorine strongly (usually a chloramine problem). Anything odd — call us, we'd rather come look for free than see a real problem develop.
